In attempting to wrap my mind around what I should “blog” about I did what they taught me to do in public speaking class... go to Webster’s dictionary (or in this case, dictionary.com). It had the following definition:

informal Full name: weblog a journal written on-line and accessible to users of the internet
Therefore, you have the aim of my blog: to put my thoughts to words for you (I know, a scary proposition). Nonetheless I thought that most of my posts would naturally tend to fall into three of my favorite categories - my faith in and relationship to Jesus Christ, my wonderful wife, three boys, and all of our family happenings, and my interests in the political world. Stay tuned for my first "real" entry, and I hope you enjoy!
